When booking onto a course with Technology Triumphs:

Your contact details were collected when you made your booking on Class for Kids (https://technology-triumphs.class4kids.co.uk/). Class for Kids is a Data Processor for Technology Triumphs and is GDPR compliant.

Technology Triumphs uses this data in order to generate access for your learner on the learning portal, SkillsForward. This is managed by the awarding body, NCFE (https://live.myskillsforward.co.uk/institution/technologytriumphs2/). NCFE is also a Data Processor for Technology Triumphs.

You will be asked for learner identification as part of the Induction process. This is in order that we can verify the learner to the awarding body at registration. This data will be held on the NCFE Skills Portfolio portal.

Necessary data, such as your learners name and learning needs, will be shared with your designated tutor in order that they can provide appropriate services to you. All tutors of Technology Triumphs are required to abide by our privacy policy.

Data will only be shared in order to be able to set up your learner and in order that necessary contact can be made with you, (for example to advise of upcoming zoom sessions). Any correspondence is not intended to be unwarranted.

Your supplied address is the address we will use to send out certification on successful completion of the course and in order to send certificates and/or prizes, should your learner win in our termly awards.

On completion of your course, your contact details will be removed from our booking but may be retained on the learning portal for no more than 7 years. This is so that your learners log in can remain valid for any future courses.

If your learner completes or withdraws from their course, you can request to ‘be forgotten’, should you not wish for your details to be held. Requests to be forgotten should be emailed to technologytriumphs@outlook.com with the subject header ‘Request to be forgotten’.
